My take on Jambalaya. Super delicious and filling. If I'm prepping this one for later cooking, I do brown the sausage ahead. The shrimp doesn't get added until your ready to serve, toss it in, turn up the heat and cook the shrimp through. If you want to do this stove top, I find that it's best simmering for a few hours. Serve over rice and enjoy! Happy eating!#FoodFairy

A different take on classic roast. I didn't add butter, the roast is plenty fatty. I did throw carrots and sliced potatoes in this time for a one pot meal. Happy eating! #FoodFairy

My grandfather has a wicked BBQ sauce recipe that my kids go nuts for! It's on the spicy side, but goes oh so well with pork or chicken. I usually serve with rice and corn. Happy eating! #FoodFairy
