This was literally "what's in the pantry" food prep... Chunky jalapeño chicken brought to you by my fried brain... It was REALLY good... Toss everything together, cook for 6 hours on low. The chicken was so tender and had just enough "heat". I had my bowl over avocado. Serve over rice! Happy eating! ‪#‎FoodFairy‬
