Simple yet delish!! Pork chops, potatoes, and fried eggs...

2 pork chops, sprinkled with salt and pepper to taste
2 potatoes, sxrubberd, pierced and rolled in salt
2 eggs...

The potatoes are EASY! Scrub, stab and salt, throw on a plate and microwave for 5 minutes, turn then 5 minutes more (depending on potato size)

Drizzle olive oil in your favorite pan, and cook the chops about 5 minutes on each side or until cooked through. Using the same pan, heat a bit of butter, fry your eggs and viola, breakfast is ready!! Obviously unless you have an easy morning schedule this is a weekend breakfast. Happy eating!
