So last night was a what the hell do I make for dinner night. I wanted seafood and bacon AND pasta.... this dish was the brainchild of my stomach, so I raided the pantry, went to the grocery and BOOM, shrimp and bacon pasta was born. the whole meal, start to finish took about 45 minutes with prep time. The only "non fresh" veggy I used was tomato... everything else came from the produce section. I am more than pleased with how it turned out and had more than enough to bring left overs for lunch today. Happy eating! #FoodFairy
