Soda Swap!




I love soda... like could drink it ALL DAY.  But we all know soda is TERRIBLE for you... A healthy alternative, and obviously the best one is water, but plain water can be plain boring... adding a handful of frozen fruit to your water gives you flavor without the added yuck that is in soda, sports drinks and the like. A 3 dollar bag of frozen berries can go a long way.  My personal fave are strawberries and peaches.  they seem to "infuse" the best.  Raspberries and blackberries break up a bit too much for my liking, but blueberries are pretty great too.  In a pinch, I add lemon juice to my water.  Healthy, hydrating and refreshing!
